Job Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
US Shift
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Sourcing of the Indirect Spend categories
- Experience in commercial negotiations and techno-commercial evaluations
- Experienced with Ariba/Coupa ERP systems or similar ERPs
- Knowledge of eSourcing, E-RFX and E-auctions
- Knowledge of Contract Management, terminologies for contract administration and execution
- Experience is executing contracts working with multiple teams( Business, Legal, Supplier & Risk Management)
- Knowledge of Supplier registrations
- Perform spend analysis to identify the savings and reporting in Excel like reporting tools
- Should be able to optimally manage internal/external customers & partners
- Responsible for savings targets, timely deliveries, and Customer Happiness
- Carry out all reporting requirements using Excel accurately and within the specified time scales
