QUALIFICATION--- B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering

INDUSTRY------- Broadcast Industry / Telecom Industry

Required Skills

Must Have Skills ----FM transmitter & studio equipment knowledge, e-tendering process knowledge, MS Office proficiency, technical specification understanding

Good to Have Skills----- Vendor/OEM coordination, presentation skills, new business development

Communication Skills---- Excellent written and verbal English communication

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Priority Wise)

1. Develop and maintain solid customer relationships for ongoing and upcoming projects.

2. Prepare, compile and submit complete government tender responses within timelines.

3. Analyze tender documents, technical specifications and BOMs for compliance.

4. Review OEM/vendor documents, datasheets and manuals to ensure 100% compliance.

5.



Prepare techno-commercial bids and clarification responses.

6. Upload tender documents on e-procurement portals after internal approvals.

7. Ensure technical and commercial compliance in final bid submissions.

8. Coordinate with OEMs for tender documentation and demonstrations.

9. Use technical knowledge of broadcast and telecom equipment for solution designing.

10. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and technical discussions.

11. Collect market intelligence and share updates with management.

12. Develop at least one new business segment/application area for the organization.

13. Build understanding of company products versus competitors.

14. Support sales and operations teams with technical pre-sales activities.

15. Maintain strong techno-commercial competitiveness in bids.
