Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists,
software engineers, and product managers, to build AI-powered applications that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
AI & Machine Learning Development
Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for various applications (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics).
Implement reinforcement learning, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs) where applicable.
Develop and optimize AI pipelines for real-time inference and batch processing.
Architect scalable and efficient AI systems that integrate with existing software applications.
Work with APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy AI services.
Optimize model performance for production environments using ONNX, TensorRT, or other inference acceleration frameworks.
Develop MLOps pipelines for continuous model training, monitoring, and deployment.
Data Processing & Feature Engineering augmentation, and transformation.
Design and implement efficient data pipelines using Apache Spark, Dask, or Ray.




Ensure data quality and integrity for AI model training and inference.
Research & Innovation
Contribute to patent filings and research publications as needed.
Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in AI development, including deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for AI model development.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
Robust knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and reinforcement learning.
Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML).
Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch) and big data technologies.
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, version control (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps.

Preferred:
Ph.D. in AI, ML, or a related field.
Experience working with LLMs (GPT, BERT, Llama, etc.).
Knowledge of edge AI, federated learning, or privacy-preserving AI.
Experience developing AI solutions for ad tech, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce.
Published research papers in AI conferences/journals.
