Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to achieve business goals.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Solid knowledge of management consulting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with franchise operations and management is an added advantage.
