- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve skills.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge of coffee preparation methods.
