We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Product Design, UX/UI, Design Systems, and AI-powered products. You will be responsible for creating user-centric designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end product design process from research to final UI.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Design intuitive AI-powered and conversational user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems.
- Create responsive designs for Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices.
