JOB DESCRIPTION

The After-Sales Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Strategi s machines at customer sites. The role involves close interaction with clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Desired Profile:

- Familiarity with industrial automation tools and equipment.

- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation, commission, and testing of automation machines at customer sites

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.

- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines operate efficiently.

- Educate customers on proper machine usage, maintenance procedures, and best practices





- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design and functionality.

- Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to the engineering and design teams to help improve machine design and reliability

- Document service activities, including reports and technical documentation.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of experience in after-sales service, preferably in industrial automation or machinery.
