The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for on-ground business development — visiting merchants and mobility partners, pitching advertising programs, and onboarding them onto the platform. The role is fully field-based and target-driven, spanning two business segments: Merchant Onboarding (LED Advertising) and Mobility Partner Onboarding (Cab & E-Rickshaw Branding).
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Business Development
- Conduct 15–20 field visits per day across assigned territory
- Identify and approach prospective merchants (shops, restaurants, cafs, clinics, salons, gyms, offices, residential complexes) or mobility partners (cab drivers, fleet owners, taxi operators, e-rickshaw drivers), depending on assigned segment
- Pitch and clearly explain the company's advertising business model to prospects
- Achieve a minimum of 1 successful onboarding per day
Onboarding & Documentation
- Collect and verify KYC documents from merchants/partners
- Complete end-to-end onboarding formalities for each recent merchant or partner
- Ensure onboarding is accurate, compliant,
and free of errors or omissions
CRM & Reporting
- Log every field visit in the CRM system, including customer name, mobile number, and visit remarks
- Maintain "duty ON" status throughout working hours
- Submit daily activity and performance reports to the reporting manager
- Ensure all CRM entries are accurate and truthful — no fake visits, leads, or reporting
Relationship & Territory Management
- Build and maintain relationships with onboarded merchants/partners for long-term retention
- Represent the company professionally during all client-facing interactions
- Stay updated on the company's services and business model to answer prospect queries confidently
Target & Performance Ownership
- Consistently meet or exceed daily/monthly onboarding targets
- Take ownership of assigned territory and contribute to overall business growth
- Participate in the mandatory 2-day training program post-joining to align with company standards
