Roles and Responsibilities

- 15 - 25 Years in Hotel Project ,five star hotel only /Real Estate / Construction Billing QS, Site Visits, Inspection of Commercial Terms and condition and Stages of milestones of project, Detailed inspection of material and supplies and verification of bills
- Must have handled Monthly - 25 Crore to 30 Crores Billing in Hotel, Real Estate Industry, with Multiple Vendors agreement payment terms.

Robust knowledge of real estate billing cycles, RERA compliance, and GST.

- Ensure accurate and timely verification /preparation of invoices as per construction milestones, agreements, and payment schedules.

Review and approve all billing documents before release.

- Ensure audit readiness and support internal/external audits Resolve customer billing disputes and discrepancies Prepare periodic billing and collection MIS reports for management review.





- Monitor project-wise payable / receivables and aging reports; highlight risks in cash flow. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting related to project revenues.

- Billing accuracy and timeliness and Reduction in billing discrepancies. Process automation and efficiency improvements

- Manage billing processes for commercial projects, ensuring timely submission of invoices to clients.

- Oversee subcontractor billing, rate analysis, quantity estimation, and BOQ preparation.

- Coordinate with hotel projects team to ensure accurate billings and resolve any discrepancies.

- Conduct quantity surveying tasks such as quantity takeoff from drawings and prepare RA bills.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing engineering.
