Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in mortgage sales in any Bank/NBFC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Home Loan business through direct sourcing, referrals, builders, developers, channel partners, and DSAs.
- Identify prospective customers looking for home finance.
- Conduct customer meetings and understand financing requirements.
- Promote Home Loan products and explain features, eligibility, interest rates, EMI calculations, tenure, and repayment options.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales/disbursement targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
- Collect and verify customer documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
