Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of QA engineers in executing functional testing, API testing, and UAT for banking applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various modules of the application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes during SIT (System Integration Testing) phase.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables by setting deadlines, tracking progress, and providing guidance to team members.

Job Requirements :

- 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance with expertise in e2e testing, functional testing, API testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), etc.
- Solid understanding of banking domain knowledge with hands-on experience on banking applications or similar industries.
- Proven track record as a Team Lead or similar role with excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
