Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of existing home loan customers to ensure timely repayment and minimize defaults.
- Identify recent business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and marketing efforts to meet sales targets.
- Conduct site visits to assess properties for loan purposes, ensuring compliance with bank's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, legal, and operations to resolve customer queries and issues.
Job Requirements :
- Role Includes Field Work
- Office reporting is Mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in housing finance or related field (NBFC).
- Strong understanding of home loan sales, loan against property (LAP), and mortgage products.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
