Role Overview
• Work as SAP FICO Controlling SME for India BU
• Exposure to enterprise-wide SAP transformation and digital initiatives
• High collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain & Global teams
• Focus on profitability analysis, costing, and process optimization

Key Responsibilities (JD + Business Context)
• Drive SAP Controlling solutions (Product Costing, COPA, Cost Center Accounting)
• Perform profitability and margin analysis (COPA) with strong reporting capability
• Manage COPA tables, reporting, and analytics
• Gather business requirements and map solutions in SAP independently
• Lead GAP analysis, solution design, and system configuration
• Work on cross-functional integration (SD, MM, PP)
• Prepare functional specifications, blueprints, and documentation
• Support month-end & year-end closing activities
• Drive process improvements and digital initiatives
• Support audits, compliance, and control frameworks

Team & Structure
• Work closely with India Finance teams and Global SAP teams
• Collaboration with Sector FICO leads & DevSecOps teams
• High interaction with cross-functional stakeholders

Ideal Profile
• 7+ years of experience in SAP Controlling domain
• Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA (preferred)




• Strong expertise in:
o Product Costing, COPA, Cost Center & Internal Orders
o Business process mapping & SAP configuration
o GAP analysis & solution design
• Experience in SAP ECC 4.7 / 6.0 (mandatory)
• Exposure to S/4 HANA (good to have)
• SAP FICO certification preferred
