Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Agency Channel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing agency performance, recruiting and developing insurance advisors, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive branch sales and achieve business targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain insurance advisors and agency leaders.
- Develop and execute business strategies to maximize branch performance.
- Monitor sales productivity and ensure consistent target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze branch performance and implement improvement plans.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to deliver outstanding results.

Eligibility

- Graduate
- 6years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel sales.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling or branch management experience.
- Solid leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
