JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Training and Development:

- Preparing Training Documents like presentations, videos etc.
- Providing product & application training to sales & service engineers, dealer engineers.
- Coordination & organization of training & gatherings.

Product Support:

- Product evaluation and testing.
- Preparation of product comparisons& product catalogues, etc.
- Tender compliance verification and query support.
- Supporting field technical team for solving application and software queries.
- Field visits on critical issues related to software and product application.

Product Evaluation& Technical support:

Study, testing and evaluation of recent products and software.

Support to technical team on application & product related queries.

Product Demonstration:

- Support sales team by providing product demonstrations for sales.




- Post sales demonstration and training to doctors and technicians on product handling & operation.
- Online application support of product software.

Promotional Support:

- Verification of brochures.
- Participating in Conferences for product promotions.
- Conducting training in conferences.

Desired candidate profile:

- Degree in bio medical engineering
- Should have good communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Should have good clinical application knowledge about critical care (Ventilator & Anaesthesia machine), cardiology (Holter monitoring & Exercise ECG), and Respiratory medical equipments.
