* Support end-to-end recruitment (Job postings, screening, scheduling, follow-ups)

* Assist in onboarding and maintaining employee records

* Help draft HR policies, employee communication, and engagement activities

* Coordinate with different departments for cross-functional tasks

* Support founders in administrative and people-related projects

* Brainstorm creative ways to build a positive work culture

What We re Looking For :

* Fresh graduate or pursuing final year (HR Management )

* Excellent communication and people skills

* Comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic startup setting

* Learning mindset with initiative and ownership attitude

* Basic understanding of HR tools, Excel, and Linkedin outreach.
