Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through effective sales strategies and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be proficient in Canva, and have hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate current business opportunities.
- Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients through various sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online platforms.
- Design engaging marketing creatives, presentations, and promotional materials using Canva.
- Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow up with clients.




- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Track sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and prepare regular reports.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation).
- Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing creatives and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Good presentation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Educational Qualification

- MBA in Marketing or Business Administration (Preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

- 0-2years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in B2B sales and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
