About the Role:

Relaxo Footwears Limited is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join its Finance & Accounts team at the Corporate Office, Rohini (Delhi). The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in MIS reporting, statutory compliance, and SAP. Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management review.
- Process vendor and employee payments in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and resolve audit observations.
- Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring,



and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) adherence.
- Work on SAP for finance and accounting transactions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory), M.Com
- Experience: 5+ years in Finance & Accounts
- Experience in the Manufacturing or Retail industry will be preferred.
