Right Rupee is looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Credit Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating payday loan applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fintech or NBFC lending, with a strong understanding of short-term loan underwriting, risk assessment, fraud checks, bureau analysis, and compliance processes.

Role & responsibilities

- Assist in credit evaluations and loan processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit and financial records.
- Communicate with customers regarding loan documentation and queries.
- Stay updated on RBI guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Support internal departments such as Operations, Collections, and Audit.
- Coordinate with clients for fulfillment of loan document requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust knowledge of credit underwriting and risk assessment
- Experience in fintech/NBFC lending processes
- Familiarity with CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, etc.
- Ability to take independent credit decisions
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and LOS/loan processing systems
