We are hiring for a Domestic Voice Process supporting E-commerce and Delivery operations. This is a permanent work-from-home role suited for candidates who can join immediately and are comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Shift & Working Details:
- Rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations (candidate must be flexible with both day and night shifts candidates looking for a fixed day shift only will not be eligible)
- Shift duration: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break
- Working days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off (off day is not fixed and may not fall on a Saturday or Sunday)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Must be an immediate joiner candidates currently serving a notice period will not be considered
Mandatory Technical Requirements (Work From Home Setup):
- Laptop with minimum Intel i5 or i7 processor Ryzon 5 or Ryzon 7 (mandatory the interview process itself is conducted on the candidate's own laptop)
- Personal secure Wi-Fi/broadband connection
- Power backup arrangement at home
- Candidates who do not have the above setup at the time of interview will not be eligible, even if selected. Please note the required laptop/Wi-Fi/power backup cannot be arranged after selection it must be in place before applying/interviewing.
