Role & responsibilities

- Roles to be performed as L3 Network Security Engineer.
- Strong 7-10 Y hands-on experience in security systems, including Palo Alto firewalls, ISE intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
- The ideal candidate will have a robust background in network engineering, with expertise in Cisco routers, switches, F5 Load Balancers, Firewalls like Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks
- 7-10 Y hand-on Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools
- Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
- Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
- Strong experience in Network security products such as Cisco ASA, Check Point, Firewall, Palo Alto, Cisco ISE, packet captured tools (Wireshark/PCAP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 7-10 Y hand-on Experience Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, Cisco ISE
- hand-on Experience on Firewall change (perform configuration on Palo Alto Firewall), Firewall Optimization, integration the Firewall to Manager or tools,



Firewall Migration
- hand-on Experience resolving network connectivity failure tickets, demonstrated success in managing analyzing and solving complex network issue.
- hand-on Experience on IPSEC Tunnel/SSL VPN/VPN troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPG, DMVPN, SDWAN
- Complete command on dealing with security systems, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, anti-virus software, log management, authentication systems, content filtering, etc.
- Understanding of the web-related terminologies and software such as web applications, web related protocols, service-oriented architectures, and web services.
- Maintain updated network and security documentation including diagrams, SOPs, and policies.
- Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios.
- Experience with network architecture design and implementation
- Ability to communicate and report network security incidents and issues to the upper management.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Network engineer certifications such as CCNP Security (Cisco Certified Network Professional Security), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
