Overview: As an Assistant Manager/Team Leader in our Recruitment division at Talent Advisors, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading a team of over 10 recruitment and sourcing specialists. Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of team management, from hiring and training to performance management and client handling. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive the team towards achieving ambitious recruitment targets.

Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of more than 10 recruitment and sourcing specialists.
- Hiring & Training: Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement strategies.
- Team Retention: Foster a positive team environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
- Client Handling: Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Candidate Sourcing:



Direct involvement in sourcing candidates for various roles, including bulk hiring and BPO positions.
- Meeting Targets: Drive the team to achieve recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance and recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in managing recruitment teams.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and BPO recruitment is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work flexibly, including 6 days a week, as required by business needs.
- Strong ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
