About the Role: Learn with Leaders is looking for a passionate Legal Associate who can not only manage the organizations legal responsibilities but also actively teach and mentor students in the field of law. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining legal practice with education and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Provide legal guidance and support to internal teams
- Handle legal risks, intellectual property, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct interactive sessions, workshops, and classes for students on legal concepts
- Teach topics such as corporate law basics, contracts, legal awareness, and real-world case studies
- Design and develop legal curriculum/content for student programs




- Mentor students and guide them on career paths in law
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate legal education into programs

Requirements:

- LLB / LLM degree from a recognized university
- 25 years of relevant legal experience
- Robust understanding of corporate law, contracts, and compliance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with students
- Ability to simplify complex legal concepts for learners

Preferred Skills:

- Prior teaching, training, or workshop experience
- Experience in EdTech or working with student programs
- Strong public speaking and content creation skills
