- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Engineering Consultancy services specially in Railways and Metro domain.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct interviews with potential hires to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (Engineering Consultancy services in Railways and Metros).
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Solid understanding of technical skills required for various Railways and Metros projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
