Role & responsibilities :

- Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide actionable insights to guide executive decision-making and drive business growth.
- High Performing Finance Team: Ensure the Finance department is staffed with people who have the capability to be part of a high performing team.
- Financial Reporting Excellence: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all financial reports, including variance analysis and performance dashboards.
- Process Automation: Lead initiatives to automate and streamline financial functions using SAP BI and other tools.
- Risk and Compliance Management: Maintain robust financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. If companywide compliance is going to be with legal team then would need to amend this to ensure finance related regulatory compliance across organisation
- Cross-Functional Support: Promote financial understanding and accountability across departments to enhance performance and alignment.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,



or related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Qualified certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in SAP BI and other advanced financial systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of global financial regulations and tax laws.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with external stakeholders, C-suite executives, board members, and cross-functional teams.

Soft Skills:

- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to drive financial performance.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
