Role & Responsibilities

- Participate in a structured 30-day or 90-day Paid Internship Programme based on your interview performance and skills assessment.
- Learn and support daily business operations within your chosen department.
- Work closely with senior managers and mentors on live projects and business activities.
- Conduct market research, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams where required.
- Attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and professional standards.
- Internship performance will be monitored regularly, and outstanding performers may be considered for future employment opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory, as you will be working with international teams and clients.
- Must be available to work full-time from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday.
- Candidates should have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word,



Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, eager to learn, and able to work in a rapid-paced international workplace.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Final-year students, recent graduates, and freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
- Selection is purely based on interview performance, skills, and learning potential.
