- Manage bancassurance business through bank branches, focusing on cross-selling insurance products to existing customers.

- Develop and maintain relationships with branch staff to promote insurance sales and increase revenue growth.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base for life insurance products.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in Banca Sales, Bancassurance.

- Strong understanding of Life Insurance industry dynamics, including product knowledge and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with bankers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team workplace; strong organisational skills required.
