The fruit quality manager is responsible for ensuring that all fruits meet the highest standards of quality and freshness.

1. To understand team requirements and improve process related to quality and other factors.
2. Development and implementation of SOPs related to quality control.
3. Provide training related to SOPs or any other requirements and ensure that Quality inspection team has eligible team members with necessary skills.
4. Timely purchase of technical instruments as per requirement after approval of reporting manager or respective director.
5. Handling and Monitoring quality team, provide task and monitor effectiveness from time to time.
6. Perform R&D; and implement the same for development of process.
7. Responsible for maintaining and monitoring overall fruit quality of the shipments,



and report if any deviation found to the reporting manager and the respective director.
8. Communicate with exporters regarding quality issues through mails after approval from the management.
9. Arrange Survey and conduct survey with respect to any quality issues.
10. To check and approve survey reports after approval of the management.
11. Ensure timely and correct payment to the surveyor.
12. To monitor and check temperature of container, cold stores and transport trucks and report any deviations.
13. Preparing various reports required by the management, sharing MIS report.
14. Maintain all standards and documents related to quality control of fruits.
