Role Overview:-

We are looking for an Experienced Admission Counselor who can independently handle student counseling, convert leads into enrollments, and consistently achieve monthly admission targets for overseas education and test preparation programs.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Counsel students for Study Abroad destinations: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.
- Assess student profiles and suggest right course, university & intake
- Convert inbound & outbound leads into confirmed enrollments
- Handle walk-ins, virtual counseling, calls, and follow-up.
- Promote and sell IELTS, GRE, GMAT, SAT, TOEFL, PTE programs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel
- Coordinate with documentation, visa & operations teams
- Achieve individual and team admission targets
- Participate in education fairs, seminars & events

Target & Performance Metrics

- Monthly Enrollment Target: 8–15 students (Study Abroad + Test Prep
- Revenue Target:



As per assigned market & intake
- Daily Calling Target: 100–150 calls
- Walk-ins / Counselling Sessions: 5–10 per day
- Lead Conversion Ratio: 15–25%
- Incentives: Based on target achievement & over-performance

Eligibility & Skills Required

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
- Minimum 1 year experience in abroad education counseling
- Strong knowledge of universities, intakes, visa basics & eligibility
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven, result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
