CNS - TC - Digital Engineering:

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Salesforce Development & Configuration: Assist in developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura). Configure standard Salesforce features (objects, fields, validation rules, flows). Support development of reusable components and basic enhancements.
- Sales & Service Cloud: Assist in lead and Prospect management, Account & Contact configuration, Case management and service workflows. Support enhancements to improve usability and process efficiency.
- Integration & Data Handling: Support integration efforts with external systems using APIs. Assist in data migration, data loading, and data quality validation. Help maintain Salesforce data models and relationships.
- Development Lifecycle & Testing: Participate in requirements discussions and Agile delivery activities. Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution. Support deployment activities (change sets,



version control).
- Documentation & Support: Prepare technical documentation and release notes. Provide support for production issues and user queries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Dev leads).

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
- Bachelor of Computer Applications

Experience

- sales and service cloud
- salesforce
- Salesforce Administration (3+ years)
