Job Title: ServiceNow Sr Developer for Mobile Transformation and AI

Experience Required: 6-8 Year

Required Skills

Experience:

6years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow.

Proven experience in ServiceNow Mobile App development and Mobile Transformation programs.

Robust experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Generative AI, AI Search, or related AI features.

Expertise in ServiceNow platform development, workflows, integrations, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).

Experience working with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.

Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.

ServiceNow certifications are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.

Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
