About the Role
We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team as a Medical Billing Executive for US Healthcare. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who want to start or grow their career in the US healthcare industry.

The selected candidate will work closely with the medical billing and operations team to support insurance verification, eligibility checks, claim-related follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patient insurance details accurately.
- Check patient eligibility, including co-pay, deductible, coverage limits, and active insurance status.
- Assist in resolving claim-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of verification and billing-related activities.
- Review medical records and prepare reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing support.
- Follow company processes and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Qualification & Skills Required

- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.




- Basic understanding of US healthcare, medical terminology, HIPAA, EMR/EHR systems, or medical billing will be preferred.
- Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in insurance verification, insurance providers, hospital administration, medical billing, or healthcare operations will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
