Education

- B.E. Mechanical / B.Tech. Mechanical

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the Cutting Tools Industry.
- Experience in technical sales to manufacturing industries.
- Good understanding of machining applications and cutting tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets within the territory.
- Develop new customers and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell cutting tool solutions through regular customer visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, trials, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.




- Ensure timely collections and maintain customer satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of cutting tools and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently or leading a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
