Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students interested in studying in the USA.
- Generate qualified student leads through your network, referrals, college outreach, seminars, social media, and partnerships.
- Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents.
- Guide students on university selection, admissions, scholarships, and visa requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with colleges, coaching centres, and referral partners.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Maintain lead and application records in the CRM.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent communication skills.
- Relationship-building and networking ability.
- Confidence in speaking with students and parents.
- Goal-oriented and self-driven.
- Comfortable using CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Background

- Existing relationships with colleges, coaching institutes,



student clubs, or alumni groups.
- Experience organizing seminars, webinars, or campus events.
- Active social media presence or community leadership is an advantage.
