Job Description

Care Path Labs is looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead overall business growth, operations, team management, quality systems, marketing, and expansion of the diagnostic laboratory business.

The CEO will be responsible for strengthening laboratory operations, increasing revenue, improving team performance, developing doctor and hospital networks, and planning future expansion of Care Path Labs.

Key Responsibilities

The CEO will be responsible for:

Business Growth

- Develop and execute growth strategy for Care Path Labs.
- Increase doctor referrals, hospital tie-ups, corporate clients, and walk-in patients.
- Plan new collection centres, franchise models, and branch expansion.
- Monitor monthly revenue, expenses, profitability, and targets.

Team Management

- Lead managers, pathologists, lab technicians, reception staff, field staff, and marketing team.
- Define staff roles, responsibilities, targets, and reporting systems.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build discipline, accountability, and professional work culture.

Marketing and Doctor Relations

- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and corporates.
- Supervise digital marketing, field marketing, health camps, and branding activities.
- Improve Care Path Labs reputation and visibility.

Finance and Administration

- Monitor billing, collections, expenses, vendor payments, and financial discipline.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
- Control unnecessary expenses and improve profitability.

Technology and Systems

- Improve use of LIS, CRM, WhatsApp report delivery, online booking, website,



and digital patient communication.
- Implement systems for better tracking of samples, reports, payments, and customer complaints.

Required Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

- Robust experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pathology lab, hospital administration, or healthcare business management.
- Previous experience as CEO, COO, Business Head, Centre Head, Regional Manager,Operations Head, or General Manager.
- Positive understanding of diagnostic laboratory operations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage doctors, technical staff, marketing team, and administration team.
- Knowledge of NABL, quality systems, patient service, and healthcare compliance will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with focus on revenue growth and profitability.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and capability.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives may be considered for the right candidate.
