Job Role:

Business & Sales Operations

- Achieve store sales targets and ensure overall business growth.

- Monitor store performance against assigned targets and take corrective actions when required.

- Prepare and execute Annual Business Plan (ABP) strategies.

Profitability & Financial Management

- Ensure store P&L; profitability and cost optimization.

- Manage financial controls, budgeting, and operational expenses.

- Analyze business reports and improve operational efficiency.

Store Operations & Expansion

- Handle store site selection and feasibility analysis for current locations.

- Lead new store opening activities and ensure timely launch.

- Support new category development and successful product/category launches.

Inventory & Shrinkage Control

- Monitor inventory management and reduce store shrinkage/losses.

- Ensure proper stock handling, audits, and compliance with company standards.

Policy & Process Management

- Develop and implement new operational policies and SOPs.

- Ensure smooth execution of company policies across all stores.

Training & Team Development

- Conduct store training and development programs for staff.





- Build high-performing teams and improve employee productivity.

Visual Merchandising & Store Standards

- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.

- Ensure stores follow operational guidelines, hygiene, and branding standards.

Customer Experience

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

- Resolve customer concerns and enhance overall customer experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Solid financial and operational management knowledge

- Expertise in retail/store operations

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple stores/projects simultaneously

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in multiple stores management.

- Experience in handling multi-store operations will be preferred.
