Job Summary

We are hiring a President-Accounts and Finance to lead financial strategy, governance, controllership, working capital, treasury and compliance for Wembrace. The role partners closely with Promoters/CEO and business heads to drive profitability, cash discipline and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, MIS and consolidated reporting
- Strengthen internal controls, governance, SOPs, and financial discipline across functions
- Drive working capital (receivables/inventory/payables), cash flow planning and cost optimization




- Oversee statutory compliance: Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS; manage statutory/internal audits
- Lead treasury: banking relationships, BG/LC, funding strategy (WC/term loan/capex)
- Institutional business finance: tender/rate contract governance, pricing support, BG/EMD controls, receivables and claims tracking
- Partner with plant team on product costing, variance control, margin improvement and capex planning
- Lead, mentor and build finance team; drive ERP/process automation and standardization

Desired Candidate Profile

- CA (mandatory)
- 15+ years in senior finance leadership, preferably supply chain
- Solid exposure to finance, costing, working capital, treasury and audits
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
