We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Operations & Sales Manager to lead our Delhi branch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the parcel, transport, logistics, or cargo industry and be capable of managing daily operations while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Delhi branch.
- Supervise parcel booking, loading, unloading, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Ensure timely movement of consignments and maintain service quality.
- Develop new business and generate freight revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff.
- Control operational costs and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with branches, transporters, and clients.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing, and compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in the parcel, logistics, transport, or cargo industry.
- Strong knowledge of branch operations and sales.
- Proven ability to generate business and manage customer relationships.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and transport/logistics software is preferred.
