Key highlights:-

- Experience should be at least 5-8 years preferably in Global procurement Import procurement for Indirect RM
- Experience in SAP MM is a must.
- Candidate should be comfortable with work from office setup (5.5 days in a week i.e., any 2 Saturday in a month would be working).
- Candidate should be comfortable to work in European shift timings ( 11:00 am - 7:30 pm ).
- - Purpose of the Position - Procurement of various items & services for our manufacturing plants spread across Europe and Asia. The person will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement processes while implementing measures for inventory control.
- - 1. Key Roles & Responsibilities
2. 3. Negotiation based on cost calculations / price basis, payment terms, delivery date, freight charges, raw material and finalization of RFQ. o Maintaining Info records and preparing purchase orders/scheduled agreements in SAP. o Preparing purchase orders with various conditions in SAP.



o Collaborate with global suppliers and European stakeholders to drive procurement, supplier management, and cross-functional business initiatives. o Update daily report of Repeated orders (RO) and First orders (FO) o Communicate with concern departments related to codified MRP related items/orders, problem solving with end users and warehouse as well. o Updating Material Master data as per approved change request received from Plant. o Understanding technical drawings & place order to competent supplier after negotiations based on the required parameters. o Purchase Request / Proforma Invoice review on daily basis. o Follow up and coordination with vendors and transporters for timely delivery of material. o Processing advance / credit payments through accounts dept. after verification of proforma invoice / tax invoice / Modvatable invoice with PO terms. o Verification of proforma invoice as per PO conditions, making down payment request in SAP.
