Filohevis is a fast-growing men's fashion brand specializing in premium shirts. We create high-performing content for social media, advertising, and e-commerce platforms, and we're looking for a creative Video Editor who can blend traditional editing skills with the latest AI-powered content creation tools.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Video Editor with robust expertise in both conventional video editing and AI-assisted content production. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging short-form content, performance marketing creatives, and visually appealing brand content.

This role is primarily focused on video editing, but occasional graphic design, static creatives, and carousel content creation may also be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- E-commerce product videos
- Brand campaigns and promotional content
- Create engaging performance marketing creatives focused on conversions and ROAS.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance content quality, generate assets, create visual effects, and speed up production workflows.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content concepts.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and visual effects where required.




- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, AI tools, editing techniques, and social media best practices.
- Occasionally create:
- Static social media creatives
- Carousel posts
- Basic graphic design assets
- Ad banners and promotional creatives

Required Skills & ExperienceVideo Editing

- Strong proficiency in:

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator (preferred)

AI Tools

Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools such as:

- Midjourney
- Runway
- Kling AI
- Google Veo
- Luma AI Dream Machine
- ChatGPT
- Adobe Firefly
- ElevenLabs
- Other emerging AI creative tools

Experience

- 24+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Experience working with D2C brands, e-commerce brands, fashion brands, or advertising agencies is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, reels, and short-form content.

- Understanding of social media trends and consumer psychology.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
