Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of JSM applications.
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for JSM systems.
Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA tools (e.g., JIRA).
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and security teams to resolve issues.
Validate system performance and security configurations during testing cycles.
Required Skills:
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Testing / QA of JSM applications.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
