Salary: 10000 to 25000 (30% Hike on previous CTC) + Incentive

Mandatory :-

Language - English and Hindi

Laptop, Android phone and Broadband.

Role & responsibilities :-

- Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment.
- 80-100 calls have to do on a daily basis
- Able to work under Target and pressure
- Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri / Linkedin.
- Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
- Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.

Requirements

1. Must be a Graduate along with recruitment experience.

2. Need to have excellent communication skill.

3. Must have knowledge of screening and sourcing.

4. Must have a laptop & WiFi connection & Power Backup

5. Must be comfortable with Targets.

Required Skills: end to end recruitment, team management, client coordination, recruitment,

Shift timing 9am to 6pm.
