Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of EPC projects from award through commissioning and handover.
- Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and timelines.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and project management tools.

Construction Management

- Supervise construction activities through site teams.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, and construction methodologies.
- Monitor productivity and site progress.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site resources.

Commissioning & Project Closeout

- Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Ensure completion of punch-list items.
- Manage final documentation and project handover.
- Conduct lessons-learned reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience managing projects from engineering through commissioning.
- Experience in power or infrastructure projects is preferred.
