Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production planning, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting quality standards.
- Manage manpower handling, including scheduling shifts and controlling labor costs.
- Implement kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., mold design, tool maintenance) to ensure smooth production processes.
- Monitor rejection rates and take corrective action to minimize defects.
- Forecasting the requirement of the production in order to achieve the production target.
- Responsible the reports , Scrap ratio, OEE, Top three defect analysis and Action plan for quality and productivity improvement.
- Candidates from Plastic & Rubber Industry are highly recommended.
