- Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare PPAP documents for new products, including CNC machining processes.
- Develop and implement corrective actions (8D reports) to resolve issues identified during audits or production runs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve injection molding processes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in automotive industry, preferably in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Robust understanding of PFMEA, PPAP documentation, and ISO 9001:2015 standard.
- Experience with CNC machining operations and ability to prepare technical drawings.
