Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years experience in camp management, preferably in large civil or building construction projects.
Knowledge of facility maintenance, hygiene, and labor welfare standards.
Familiarity with local authority regulations for labor accommodation.
Valuable communication and leadership skills (Hindi and basic English preferred).
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
