Position: Medical Query Executive International Patients
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle medical queries received from international patients and overseas partners.
* Coordinate with doctors to obtain medical opinions and treatment plans.
* Review medical records and prepare case summaries.
* Ensure timely responses while maintaining high-quality patient communication.
* Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for seamless patient care.
Eligibility:
* BDS / MBBS / BHMS/ BAMS
* 1–5 years of experience in medical query management, international patient services, telemedicine, or clinical coordination
* Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
* Solid medical knowledge and documentation skills
* Experience in handling international patients will be preferred
