Job Summary

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading multiple client programs, ensuring successful implementation of Teknobuilt's digital solutions while driving operational excellence, client success, and business growth. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project delivery, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience managing enterprise-scale digital transformation, construction, infrastructure, or SaaS implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Governance

- Lead multiple concurrent programs from initiation through successful delivery.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, implementation roadmaps, budgets, and timelines.
- Define program objectives, milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor overall program health and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Project Delivery Management

- Oversee multiple projects and Project Managers simultaneously.
- Ensure successful execution of implementation activities across all client engagements.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, and project quality.
- Drive timely issue resolution and escalation management.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to contractual commitments and client expectations.

Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers.
- Conduct Executive Steering Committee meetings and program review sessions.




- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Manage escalations and resolve complex business challenges.

Product Implementation & Adoption

- Lead deployment and implementation of Teknobuilt's PACE platform.
- Drive user adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure successful onboarding, training, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience.
- Capture customer feedback to support continuous product improvements.

Cross-functional Leadership

- Lead cross-functional teams including:
- Product

- Foster collaboration across global teams.
- Mentor Project Managers and implementation teams.
- Promote accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning

- Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams during pre-sales activities.
- Participate in solution design, proposal development, and project estimation.
- Support strategic customer engagements.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and account growth.

Operational Excellence

- Standardize implementation methodologies across projects.
- Improve project governance, reporting, and operational processes.
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare executive dashboards.




- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and best practices.

Risk & Financial Management

- Manage program budgets and resource allocation.
- Forecast project financials and utilization.
- Identify commercial risks and mitigation plans.
- Track revenue realization and project profitability.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Master's degree (MBA/MTech/MS) preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 1015 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 5 years in Program Management.
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Smart Cities projects preferred.
- Experience working with global clients is highly desirable.
