Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in HR processes,P2P Audit, Admin Audit, Finance Audit
- Develop and implement effective auditing strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management teams to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on audit results.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in Internal Audit or related field.
- Solid knowledge of internal Audit, Process Audit
- Experience with conducting internal audits using various methodologies
- Certification as an Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred.
