Job Requirements





- Minimum 25 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in the medical services or hospital industry.
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycles, including design patterns, testing methodologies, and version control systems.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of software engineers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is desirable.
